The first step on the road to self empowerment is to pick up the phone and call me. The initial phone session is free. During this consultation I assess whether hypnosis is appropriate for your issue and whether I am the right therapist for you.

All sessions are conducted in my Poulsbo office located off Gunderson Road. My office is an extension of my log home nestled on 5 acres, surrounded by tall trees. The sounds of the nearby creek and Zen water garden provide a relaxing sanctuary from the busy outside world.

Office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
Weekend appointments can be made by special arrangement.

Sessions:

First Session:
We discuss your issue and other pertinent information in relation to your goal for working with hypnotherapy.  During this time I answer any questions you may have about hypnosis and we also discuss the techniques that I will use during the session.

After our discussion, you will then fill out intake and disclosure forms and you’ll also be given a pamphlet listing the rights of clients as well as ethical standards of registered hypnotherapists and counselors as outlined by the State of Washington.

First session: Takes between 1 and 1.5 hours - $195.
Subsequent sessions: $100 per Hr.

The hypnosis session will start off with you in a recliner chair and soft music playing in the background.  I will then use an induction to aid you in experiencing deep relaxation.  After deep relaxation, I may use a variety of techniques such as guided imagery, indirect and direct suggestions, etc., to access and enlist the help of your subconscious mind to make the necessary changes in achieving your goal.

During this first session you will also learn powerful, self-hypnosis techniques that can be very effective in helping you gain control of your thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

After I bring you up to your normal waking consciousness, we conclude the session by a discussion of your experience.
